Your offer has been accepted, and now it’s time to execute all the fine details within your contract like home Inspection, home warranty, and anything else that is agreed upon.
Close/Move In
Step 5:
Before closing period it is important to stay in touch with agent, title company, and title to go over final details, and final walkthrough. Once your title company closes it is time to move in and get your keys.

Get your home inspection set up once your offer is accepted. Home inspections are important, so you are aware of any structural damage that may need repairs if you are buying a property that is not As-Is.
PUT IT UNDER WARRANTY
Most of the time the sellers will cover the home warranty, but sometimes you will have to buy your own. Home warranty will cover appliance and repair cost on existing homes which can save you from tapping into your own personal funds.
